VS-HSS Universal HSS Stamping Lubricant
Metal Mates VS-HSS is a unique semi-synthetic micro-emulsion stamping and drawing lubricant designed for progressive dies and multi-forming operations with high strength steels. The VS technology prevents oily build-up on parts and dies while providing maximum die life. This product contains extreme pressure additives with barrier lubrication to prevent scoring, cracking, and rebounding (springback) in high strength steel. VS-HSS shows excellent performance on 300-500 mPa range high strength steel in light to moderate-duty stamping applications.
