HDP-Pro Severe Duty Stamping Lubricant

HDP-Pro Severe Duty Stamping Lubricant is a water-based lubricant designed for high temperature, heavy-duty drawing, stamping, tapping, piercing, and flanging. It combines barrier, anti-wear, and extreme pressure characteristics in a lubricant that is ideal for difficult forming operations and is easily cleaned.

HDP-Pro contains a biostabilty package to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungus, allowing the product to be recirculated and used for additional in-die operations in place of other lubricants.

FEATURES

  • Avoids cross-contamination issues commonly caused by using multiple lubricants for different in-die operations
  • Delivers the best characteristics of a dedicated metal stamping lubricant: longer tool life, better part finish
  • Long sump life allows re-use of fluid for post-stamping operations
  • Excellent corrosion protection
  • Reduces scoring and cracking on UHSS and other materials
  • No sticky residue - won't build up on die

APPLICATIONS

  • Heavy & Severe-Duty Stamping including:
  • Heavy gauge steel
  • Ultra high strength steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Good on multiple substrates, please call for consultation on specific applications
